Students who practice with Claire learn how to be more intentional and aligned in their day-to-day being— which always begins with grounding into Self, and focusing on the breath.
Private Yoga with Claire is catered specifically to your personal goals and needs, on and off the mat. Sessions are available both in-person & online. Yoga is for every-body. All experience levels welcome.
